New Seven Wonders of Nature: cast your vote!

The result for the much heralded vote for the New 7 Wonders of the World was announced during the Official Declaration ceremony in Lisbon, Portugal on Saturday, July 7, 2007.

Buoyed by the success of the 2007 votes, the same organization has now opened polls for the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Around 300 new suggestions for Wonders of Nature have been made, amongst which in Asia the stunning Halong Bay, in Northern Vietnam and Khao Yai National Park in Thailand.

Other contenders include Mount Fuji in Japan, Pamukkale in Turkey, the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador) and Yellowstone National Park.
